You can't put a band who rely heavily on a light show, to help boost the atmosphere, note in recent years Faithless, Pendulum and Enter Shikari (from top of my head), I'd say i reckon Chvrches would be hampered if it's light too,  it just flops, you can't 'dance' to Pendulum, in broad day light ffs.

You could see they absolutely hated it, can you blame them?

If the NME murmurs are true - New Order against Coldplay and BMTH against Adele, that would leave the possibility of Pendulum against Muse which would be a very hard decision for me. Against anyone else like Radiohead or FM, I would head to Pendulum.

Personally feel like GF16  is a no go for them though - I expect R&L to snap them up for sure.

Pendulum are going to be playing Glastonbury, they definitely wouldn't be up against Muse if they did

I dunno, that would be a fantastic alternative!....but probably not no. It'll only be a dj set anyway

Pendulum will not be playing Glastonbury (as a live act) this year. There's no source for that other than logic

id like to see pendulum again but in the dark, i saw them at iow in the middle of the day was ok but not the spectacle i was expecting

as for new order i like there stuff but i saw them a few years ago supporting blur at hyde park and they where awful so unless something has changed since then surly cant be so high up?
