EE are recalling ALL Power Bars

We’re recalling ALL EE Power Bars. This is just a precaution, but we want to make sure all our customers are safe.

If you have a Power Bar, you should stop using it straight away and hand it in to one of our stores.

We are taking this action because we are aware of a very small number of further incidents where Power Bars have overheated in circumstances that could cause a fire safety risk.

Keeping our customers safe is extremely important to us, and that’s why we’re taking this voluntary and precautionary action.

I assume so, it says all & doesn't specify any serial numbers.

No, they were quite good actually. Sure, you can pay for better, but they gave my iPhone a full charge. Add to that the trade-in which was happening at a couple of tents at Glastonbury, and they become a very convenient and free way to stay powered-up.

I had one of the faulty ones so have been awaiting the relaunch, but this does not look good. I hope they get it sorted in time for next June.

i thought they were pretty good too - small enough to connect to your phone and carry in your pocket/hand all day so it stayed full charged - then swap it each say - no queue - simples
