Hi, lasted until mid morning today so about 19 hours., she still feels grotty, but they do leave her shaky sometimes. Thanks for asking.

I feel fro Mrs J as I used to suffer badly with migrains, the after effects are sometimes as bad as migraine itself.

We are having Taco Shells with slightly spicy dead cow for the meat eaters and mushroom based extract for the non meat eaters.

With an array of guacamole, salsa, hummus, cheese, sour cream etc etc

Yup they often are.

She worries that she might get one while I'm at Glastonbury, and that's why she will never come too. She got one at T in the Park, that was pretty crap.
