Edit: Think we might get some Thunder and lightening today, might not be a bad thing, get the air cleared up.

Am I missing something? My iphone, the bbc website and accuweather all say thunderstorms all weekend?

Metcheck and Windfinder both looking pretty good at the moment. Few showers on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, nothing more.

BBC Weather is saying fine on Thursday, little shower on Friday morning, but a fair few periods of rain on Saturday and Sunday.

Then the ominous predictions of Accuweather say thunderstorms all weekend.

Definitely looks like we'll have rain at some point over the weekend. At least it will be warm, so any rain that does fall, should evaporate pretty quickly.

Windfinder looking pretty good. Wee drop of rain from Saturday tea time onwards but not for long, not a problem with that at all. Friday is the main day you want it to be dry and it looks like we're gonna get that so can't complain!
