In my profile, if I try to click (or even hover) over the little minus or plus icon I can't see who downvoted me

What you need to click on is the green/grey/red box in the bottom right hand corner of the post. That will open a little pop-up that will show you who up or down voted the post.

I just can't click on it - it's not a live link or whatever you call it.

Very strange. Does a description come up when you hover over the icon?

Also I don't see a + and a - in that box, only a negative number of it's red, zero if it's grey or a number if it's green. Never a + sign.

How strange, you can click the arrows to up and down vote but not the third box.

Could it be something like you have pop-ups blocked (I don't know if this little window is classed as a pop-up though)?

I guess it could be that only gold members can view who marked people up or down, I guess Neil or a standard member may have to confirm that.

I'm confused by this 'profile is a pop-up' thing though, when I open my profile it opens in a new page.
