Betting on Glasto headliners

Been reading through the threads on possible 2014 headliners and looking on the web at odds that bookies are taking on such matters and a thought comes to me. Why doesn't Eavis bet on the headliners and add the winnings to their charity pot?

Obviously, I'm not suggesting Michael goes to Ladbrookes in Pilton wearing a fake nose and glasses and puts down a million on Fleetwood Mac (or whoever) but a load of small stategically placed bets around the country could bring quite a tidy, no risk, addition to his charities.

Bookmakers only take nominal amounts on novelty betting markets, £25-£50.

You would be very lucky to get a substantial amount on as there is little liquidity on such markets so bookmakers cannot get a decent spread of money on the bands listed.

I think they would be a little suspicious if someone from the Pilton area was trying to get a five or six figure bet on this market!
