Morning Jeffie. Just out of interest, what gets you up early each day? We always seem to be the first ones on this thread. I've got a 1 year old making me get up!

Morning campers! I got well and truly gobbled by my sofa last night and missed Jools. Got woken up by the furries licking my face to let me know it was widdle time.

Knackered. ]

I may have heard on the weather report that its going to be a scorcher this weekend. And so it begins....

Just noticed last year the NFR NFC thread got to 175 pages and there was still some precipitation at Worthy Farm. This year we're currently up to 193 pages! Definitely on the right track to pleasing the weather gods! With 6 weeks left, how many pages can we aim for before Glasto starts?

Should I change my name to Finbarr? I seem to be very good at it even though I confess I haven't a clue what it means. Lol

Well I imagine it would be something durty being taken from what I type ever so innocently. ;)

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
