ok do any of you lovely people NOT stick there sticker on the window ??? you see im in disabled well my wagon is and we dont get a sticker SO if any one doesnt stick there sticker in the window hence not keeping the said sticker .......................can i have it ......thanks guy...

Lettuce does have sleep inducing chemicals in it, as does turkey, so a turkey and lettuce sarnie as en evening snack is a good plan.

I get insomnia sometimes, it is very irritating. Have you tried a warm bath before bed? Bit of exercise?

Guy- regarding the stickers, I had to have a new windscreen about a year ago and I was sad to see the last 3 years car park stickers go. I mentioned it top the man changing the glass who offered to see if he could scrape some off for me!! Bless him!!

It's couldy here and is spitting rain.

I have taken a legal high which has the same effects as diazepam for the last two night. Great for sleeping, but a little difficult wanting to get out of the bed in the morning.
