Sorry I haven't been on here for a while!

I've missed the festivals for the past couple of years but I am doing my best finding out the headliners for next year.

My source is also finding out Download Headliners for next year soon!

I've had to re register on the Download forums as keese46uk, so if you can let people know of my authenticity, then that would be great! They are currently saying I am full of it!

He certainly had inside info that he quietly shared but the only thing I remember him 'beating' efests with is GNR in 2010. He had The Libertines headlining over Arcade Fire when efests already had Arcade Fire and efests already had Blink as well. He came back the year after and correctly gave MCR, The Strokes, Pulp and Muse a couple of weeks before the announcement but efests already had those as TBC back in December. Don't get me wrong he had the info and seemed like a nice humble guy (which is why him starting multiple threads about his return and wanting people to back him up on the Download forums seems odd) but he wasn't more successful than efests.

Hate to break it to you guys but this guy actually knows his shit. He's beaten eFestivals a few times with Reading and has a 100% success rate (except he was told libertines were headlining when they were second)

He doesn't have a 100% success rate. He said that The Libs were headlining when they weren't (and I knew at the time he said that that he was wrong). That's not 100%, is it? :P

Having said that his info in the past has been good in the main .... but he's also making claims to be able to get any info he wants now, and that doesn't match with what he previously said about how he got the limited info that he did in the past.

So I don't have any trust in what he might post outside of perhaps R/L headliners, at least until he proves himself with other wider info that he's said he can get in other posts made in the last 24 hours.

His changed story is causing me massive doubts about anything he might say.

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
