Attack the default privileges of the rich, and take them away. They do not benefit society at all.

Create full employment, to give everyone opportunities - as we used to have and could afford to support, and still can afford to support.

Build council houses. Those who were bribed with cheap houses in the past are now hating having to pay back what they thought they'd gained (but what was really just a con).

In essence, start to reverse the Thatcherist policies that have fucked this country.

The crimes of either side are crimes. The politics I believe is irrelevant. Every crime of the so called "communist states" has been carried out by Government's of the Right. Most people you talk to when you canvass just want to be able to earn a living, pay a bit of tax to cover the social goods and be left alone to get on with having a happy live.

The extremes of both side do not represent the large majority of people as far as I can see. It isn't because there idiots, its just cause they have better things to do. Have kids, go on holiday, read books, dig the garden...you know life.

Lurches to the left or right tend to represent disconnect by the masses to this life. The UK could be a better place, but trust me it could have been a fuck loads worse. I would neither want to live in a Right Wing Wet dream like the US anymore than I would like to live in a state run Utopia like Cuba. I am probably to the right of centre but I can hardly moan about immigrants I have Romanian Au Pair ;-) (She lovely by the way and thinks the UK is the best and free-ist country she has ever been too....and she worked in a few!).

I think any one here waiting for the fall of the capitalist system or on the other side the dismantling of the NHS (and when I say dismantling I don't mean using Private Firms... the french healthcare system use lots of private firms as do the Scandinavian countries and are none the worst for it) will be waiting a very long time.
