Haven't done the coach to Glasto before but looking forward to meeting others on the way there

I'm travelling (alone) on the 4am coach from London Victoria. Friends are driving from Leeds.

I'm a coach virgin, but I'm hoping it less hassle than driving, especially getting out.

we are getting the see coach at 6am on thursday,not travelled on a Thursday day before, hoping it means less traffic closer to the site and an earlier/on time arrival, can anyone confirm my hopes?

Gonna be national expressing it from Bristol - hopefully on the 6.30 bus - and I was wondering if anyone who has caught the national express coach before if you'd ever seen any police presence at the pick-up point ? Cheers

Hmm, I know Glastonbury said that you HAVE to take the coach in order to get your ticket if bought together, but I have received my festival ticket, a day after the coach ticket showed up.

I only have a one-way coach ticket from Reading on the Thursday, so would have to take the train home anyway... but it's only a pound extra to get a return and do both trips on rail.

Anyone know if you get your ticket in the post, and something else on the coach to certify you took it?

Or have I just got lucky and given the chance to take the trip there in relative harmony on the train risk-free of getting into glasto?

Yeah I know I would be wasting 60 odd quid, but that secured me the ticket. Anyone know anything?

Travelling alone on the see coach from Liverpool Thursday morning at 11am. Seems so late but luckily my friends will have everything set up already. Anyone else?

Thought I would inject some life back into this! Anyone taking a trolley on the coach? I have mixed messages from See Tickets. On the phone they said a folding trolley wouldn't be a problem. In an email they said only bring one bag and pack light.

And 11am isn't late. We are leaving at 12pm and I doubt we will be there before 6pm on the Wednesday. I don't care. I have a ticket!!
