Where are all the DJ's?

granted i know a lot of people who find him overrated and dont go for the minimal techno.but everytime i've seen him, he's been incredible, whether as plastikman or his solo dj sets.

Saw Plastikman at Bestival in 2010 - it was such an incredible show only ruined by the fact the tent was really empty and most of my mates were tired/bored - I have a lot of time for Hawtin

Plastikman live I'd love to see. His DJ sets are awful muck these days. That mnml bollocks he's playing is beyond tedious.

I was outside by the bar when he was on, the light show looked insane & sounded very loud. Was he on late?

Yeah I think his live set up would really work at Glastonbury although the costs involved would be slightly inhibative given his realtively limited scope audience wise.

He was on in the Big Top at the end of the night, I seem to recall he started about 1.30am? We went to Arcadia afterwards I think.

I haven't seen him play a DJ set in absolutely ages but a few of my mates went to see him at Brixton Academy and said they were bored to tears, seemed to think the music lacked any punch at all.

This is it, all of that music he plays these days is just boring and soulless. Nothing compared to the full on techno that he played in his Dex, FX and 909 days. That mix is still amazing.
