FR have them booked for Latitude and there's a gap in their tour dates between the 10th of August and the 1st September so I'd say there's more than a fair chance of it happening.

Nope. But i think the only time they haven't been announced simultaneously was when R1 leaked the NME stage my accident.

Benjamin Francis Leftwich has claimed there's a "big festival announcement" for him tomorrow.

Hopefully get to see him high up on the stage.

It came up before and I mentioned that it's unusual for an artist to play the FR stage two years in a row, if there's someone they want back that's been on the FR they usually get 'promoted' to low down on the NME/R1 stage (especially someone NME/chart/radio friendly) but now that looks like too much of a coincidence to dismiss.
