Not buying festival supplies he won't I am not camping , the thought of pitching a tent brings me out in a cold sweat, and the memory of general camping in 2010 has still not faded.......... The frog chorus of bodily functions at 5am was something special !

Get a taxi to take you to go outdoors mate you could walk it from the train station , and halfords is closer , instead of looking for McDonald's just walk in the opposite direction 2 mins halfords 10 mins go outdoors.

Trouble I have is convincing them that a smaller festival can be just as good as what theyre used to, theyre glastonbury through and through and nothing else compares in their eyes. frustrating at times

Dragged some more camping stuff out the loft today and got most of it all sorted and ready to go.

Will sort out clothes and pack them tomorrow, then do a small food/booze shop for one on Thursday morning.

Probably head off to get there for around 1pm Thursday, nice and early and get set up in quiet camping.

Pretty excited now as not been at KC since 2008. I've got a fairly decent list of acts I will try and catch and be good to see some familiar and new eFestival faces.

Will be at the meets, look out for me.. I shall wear an eFestivals t-shirt on the Thursday night

Worried about the amount of people appearing to take food!! We're planning on chucking in a couple of bags of Quavers when we grab the beer from Morrisons and saying job done!

Notice in the info pack that there are showers in the normal camping (non-Emperors) - is this right?

Also, if anyone wanting to taxi share from Penrith centre on Thursday early afternoon, give us a shout!

Las year was Al's first time at a festival (although we do camp)....even driving home last year she said 'when do you think next years tickets will be on sale'.....at that point I knew she was converted!

Food wise were taking bbq stuff for most days and enough bacon for sarnies every day and a few snacks for here and there. Normally take a decent size bag of coffee so if you want a morning cuppa and your close just head over lippy.

I needt the early morning coffee to start me off !

Weather Update Skipton

Im up in dumfries again today and the suns shining without a cloud in the sky !

My shop consisted of cereal bars, biscuits and babybels as well as my festival tradition, those premade jelly pots.

Anything warm I'll just buy when I'm there.

We're definitely gonna get some rain - Sunday looks the worst day on all of the forecasts I've seen but they are only saying 'light rain showers'
