When most acts do their greatest hits type tours it’s when they’re past their prime, on a downturn and doing so as a desperate move to regain some kind of relevance, whereas Swift is only 34, at the peak of her star power and yet has enough material to fill up a 3 hour set and have every person in that stadium singing along, all the while releasing and inserting new material in to the set half way in to the tour and people STILL being totally in to it. Completely unheard of to do what she’s done with this tour and I doubt we’ll have anybody do similar in our lifetimes to the same levels of success. Read somewhere that she basically treated her practice and recovery for these shows like an athlete would train for a sports event, and I can totally buy that. -

All parties (not just labour ) are not being completely honest about difficult things that would be necessary in power. Of course a utopia where every party was completely honest would be amazing, unfortunately you won’t find anyone volunteering to go first! Most voters are not going through manifestos, they are going to make a choice on who they want in charge. Starmer will be judged (if he becomes PM) on what he does as PM and not what is in the manifesto. I think since being an MP he has shown good political judgement (particularly with the Corbyn situation and not throwing toys out of the pram like some did) but as leader you have to deal with sh*t that’s out of your control and that will be the challenge.
