Lostprophets - Unimpressed the last few times I have seen them compared to their early days. Not terrible, but not great. (I'm pretty biased as I don't like their newer material as much.) I would say they are fairly likely.

Biffy are incredible live. Their gig at Wembley Arena was one of the best performances I have seen. I am pretty sure they won't play, and will hopefully headline next year.

Haven't seen Bloc Party.

I'm not so certain they will be headlining next year, if you look at all the other bands similar to Biffy who make the step up they are normally not around the year before but I wouldn't rule it.
