I speak to people about Bestival all the time and they're a bit ambivalent about it; or they'll turn around and say "it's not the same as Isle of Wight" or "it's not on telly" or "it's like Glastonbury but smaller" - and my counter to that every time is, "...they've got The f**king Cure!"

Not only that but the chances are we'll find out every major band they have on 2 or 3 weeks before we do with Reading and Leeds, and if the line-up as it stands is anything to go by then I'm almost certain it'll just get better. It's on the Isle of Wight, which is lovely, you won't get half as many tossers as you do at Reading and Leeds, it's cheaper, there's more weird shit, you have a fancy dress day... I can't wait for Bestival.
