Whose going to replace Caspa? One of my highlights of the festival and a key headliner, i'll be really disappointed if the organisers just shove the lineup later rather than replacing him. Rusko, Benga, Noisia, Skream, Spor, all worthy additions of the spot. can see it not happening though :(

I've been to festivals before where the stewards were very accommodating with regards to under 18s and alcohol, so I don't see why my question is being ridiculed.

I have no intention of being one of these 'pissed kids', just want to take a few beers to the festival to enjoy with my friends over the weekend.

Don't panic kids I will be selling warm cans of carling and strongbow at my tent for a quid a can to all the under ages!

And for a tenner i will do a courier service of bringing your booze in! Love it !

Remember I'm here for you....... Doing it for the kids!

i was going to suggest that the efestival regulars meet up for a beer or 2 at one of the bars on site, however im now concerned that if we give away where we are meeting up we'll be attacked by hoards of angry drunken teens (labelled knobheads by flaminglippy - surely the head hate figure of the group !), drunk on all the beer and cider theyve had to steal from our tents because theirs all got taken off them ! we'll be battered with white lightening bottles full of lash and verbally abused for being old stale codgers.

sounds pretty much like a friday night down my local if im being honest !

Afternoon

Making my first visit to Kendal this year and I'm a little intrigued about the camping.

Apparently( i haven't seen my ticket yet)we have a designated pitch in the loud campsite, just wondering how they actually organised this, or is it the usual free for all you get everywhere else?

Hi all! I am fortunate to have won 2 tickets to KC and am so excited! As i only found this out yesterday its all a bit last minute!!!!

I'm travelling from the Midlands with a friend after work, as we can get time off short notice! However on my e-ticket I have to go to the guestlist entrance but it says last entrance 9pm - is this true?

I've contacted KC direct but not heard back, we really want to come after work but probably won't arrive until 9.30 - 10 but i don't want to drive nearly 200 miles and not gain entrance!

Any help appreciated!!!

Can't wait x x x x

    • Really well done, Primavera. Maybe the biggest name on the lineup as a surprise. (Ecpecially if Robert joins this)
    • There's one way it can get bigger- if Robert Smith joins her on stage
