Hi thanks for your reply, I opted just to stay in a travelodge as I am not familiar with London and didn't want to chance getting lost and missing my train. Also, travelling to and from scotland in one day is quite alot! Hope I can manage to use the tube to get to hyde park, look very confusing!! I am staying near kings cross station.

This is so annoying, absolutely love The Kills but I'm only going purely to see The Killers. I assume the second and main stage headliners are on at the same time, its not like a Rock am Ring set up...

Quick question, whats the story with alcohol, are you allowed bring your own in with you or is it taken off you?

Think your allowed to take 1 500ml soft drink per person with you and your allowed.to take food. But no alcohol.

From what I got told before the headliner of the other stage (pepsi max I think it's called) plays the same time as the sub on the main stage. I presume 99 per cent of people buy their tickets due to the main headliner so I guess that's why.

What time do I need to get there on Friday? I've had conflicting opinions

According to the website doors open 2pm first band 4pm only for Friday. Saturday & Sunday doors midday first band 1.45pm. Hope this helps!

I went to see KOl at Hyde Park last night. It was fab! and very muddy, everyone had boots on. The loo situation is BAD! after 6pm took around 40 minutes to get a loo. We tried to find a quiet corner to wee in but there were stewards / security evrywhere who stopped us. I've decided to drink before 4pm then nothing after tomorrow for the killers! or wear a nappy! It was raining again in london this morning. Can't see the ground drying out by friday.
