f**king Yas! It was nearly clean underpants time there. I wiuld be f**king gutted if GnR didn't play. I would still have a great weekend but It would be slightly tainted. What a story to wake up to!

As for the people saying this is great news. Don't be a dick. Fair enough you don't like them and would be happy if they were replaced with your favourite act but think of the people who really want to see them. When U2 were cancelled from Glastonbury I was happy but felt really bad for the fans who wanted to see them. I didn't go on here and say thank f**k they're not playing.

Anyhoo, Just over a week to go, hopefully now we can go back to the important subjects like what campsites have the most whores and where can you get a decent Bacon baguette at 3am?

The advantage of Axl being a c**t and making fans wait means that after LCD, I'll be able to go and catch Paradise City, ka the only song I like by them which they didn't play when I saw them a few years ago

Yeah that would be awesome. I'll be watching LCD Soundsytem no matter what, but it would be cool If GnR were late so I could watch them too

From my point of view I would have liked GnR not to be playing.

But for the festivals point of view its a good thing that it was just a hack. I know there is loads of people who can't wa8 for GnR, and wouldn't wish for a headliner to pull out, because to be fair if Blink 182 were to pull out I'd feel the same way.

It's far too late for another band to be just slotted in, disappointing all the fans.

You've got a point, they probably will be late coming on. So there might be time to catch some of LCD Soundsystem. Then again, should I risk it?

Apparently on the last tour, he was no less than 40 minutes late for every single date, my bet is that he'll be at least an hour late, maybe more considering last time they gave him more when he was on stage at Leeds

So I think it's a fairly safe bet that you could catch some LCD lol
