If Royal Mail deliver them they will either be posted if no ones or they will go back to your local main post office.

If delivered by a courier alot of people have said they just get posted if no ones home.

I normally order my tickets in the September Early Bird to avoid the hassle of ticket night but I'm now sitting at home with early entry tickets and no weekend tickets - hoping they get posted tomorrow - I'm taking my chances on main sale night next year, all my mates who got theirs on the main ticket sale night are sitting happy with tickets in hand!

Maybe, the answer is that the price of a weekend ticket covers everything. Therefore if you`re able to arrive early, great!. Parking should also be free. Lets face it, they make enough money out of us. The reality is it would never happen. However it would be a nice gesture after all the cock-ups this year.

My tickets were dispatches today :D Was told, they will be here in the morning... they better be. Listen to this:

I rung see tix last week, told all was okay. Rung again today, was told all was okay.

I just had a really bad feeling, so I rung again. I was told that the tickets were withdrawn, because I changed my adress online, and they needed confirmation. 2 people didn't tell me this. I asked why they hadn't phoned etc, and that it was ridulous that 2 days before the festival, I have to ring them to ask them why they are not here. I was told that there was a list of problems with my ticket etc, and lots of people had looked at them, and ignored them! I was livid.

The guy was really helpful though. He got his supervisor in, and within 20mins I got the dispatch email etc. I was told that I would get them in the morning (which I am praying for) and that if I dont, i can pick some up from crash records on wednesday, as I explained I have to fly over etc!

LIVID.

Hmmmm

I still have no dispatch email (or tracker message) yet the recorded message on the website says all tickets have been dispatched for arrival today.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Edit- In fact the message says all tickets will be delivered by "Tuesday the 25th of August"!:blink:

    • If you didn't see melt banana at Apolo. Go see them at the festival. Insane.
    • Interesting, and thanks for coming back to give an update! I've seen that the second stage looks bigger than usual too, looks to be a Serious Stages - Stellar Stage from distance photos.    Seems like sizing wise stages have been scaled up somewhat this year.
    • I see its cancelled now but they did leave it really late to announce plus they are up against Kelburn Garden Party Festival not to far from the festival site.
    • Easily my favourite set of the day.
