Despatched this morning in 2 batches, with the 2-3 days delivery. This is ridiculous! They always leave it late, but it might mean a journey to the sorting office on Thursday morning as there will be nobody home during the next few days! Disgusting customer service!

If you call 08712300010, and push option 1, it now says 'All tickets for reading and leeds festival have now been dispatched by royal mail recorded delivery and will arrive on tuesday 24th august' etc!

However, I have no confirmation email... and tracker is still the same!

Don't use the 0870 premium rate phone number use the "If calling from outside the UK" 0115 912 9000

Exactly the same phoneline they just don't charge you through the nose for calling them, most companies do it.

Also, last week I was told by 5 different people 5 completely different days my tickets would be arriving. Not one of them actually got the delivery date right!

If you actually want to speak to someone, don't choose the "My tickets haven't arrived yet" option, choose the "Having difficulty with print at home order" (which is number 2) then choose "All other enquiries" (number 2 again)

I don't know why big festivals keep using seetickets... they're an utter shambles year after year....

Sent them a message about 1 ticket (my pre-order ticket) and said I need to know when it will be delivered as nobody will be home the next 2 days. They are now making me pick it up from Reading town centre on Thursday morning! My other batch of tickets are hopefully still being delivered tomorrow. If I hadn't sent them a message then they would all be delivered together. Tried calling but keep getting cut off!

I rang up after getting an email that i need to pick up my weekend and Early Entry from the Hexagon centre, then then causually told me " its only 5 miles away "

So angry right now, i ordered by tickets LAST SEPTEMBER

I asked about getting a refund on the bare minimum the Postage charge etc, but they insisted " the tickets are still being posted to the box office so we cant refund you that", If they can post them to Reading why cant they post them to my house?

And hmm Really? they told me on the phone it was 5 Miles away, have no idea where it is :/

I got told mine will be delivered tomorrow! but i have no one in to pick them up. what happens?

do they get delivered to my depot and I can pick them up there? or do they get sent back?
