.. that's what I'd like. The whole of the weekend over again.

First time completely sober, making an effort to get to everything on my list.. remembering all of it in detail.

Then again, off my bonce..

Or maybe the other way around. Anyway, I've been watching the Arcadia stuff on youtube and just thinking how great it would have been to have been there sober, seen all those little bits going on, instead of being completely transfixed by the flames, or transfixed by the lightening. Ha. The pretty shiny things.

I did that.

I was crawling on my hands and knees through tents thinking I was in some war, I kept hearing bangs which I thought were guns.. Thinking the guy ropes were like vines.. The wonders of shrooms... And that was day one.. As you can imagine the rest of the weekend was mayhem.. I didn't sleep for 3 days.. Come sunday I was a total state. What a weekend though.

Never mind twice or thrice, I reckon that I could quite easily do this year 10 times in each of the three modes. I whiled away an hour on the drive home imagining myself having access to a Tardis and doing the festival multiple times. I'd occasionally walk past myself and maybe offer the odd piece of advice. Seriously though, there is so much at the festival that's worth doing that I had several options on Friday night. I wouldn't mind seeing Gorillaz again, except standing further forwards!

I never got on with hallucinogens, not good for me at all, ever! I would LOVE to go back though, do some of the stuff I wish I'd done, and be up and about for late night shenanigans. It was just so damn hot, I couldn't sleep in or nap during the day, I was up way too early and couldn't stay awake :(

Doing the festival sober was great and easier than I ever dreamed it would be, so many great memories.

Obviously not eh? I find Glastonbury a place where I can truely be my self, I can truely believe that we all can actually love each other but hey, middle class people as such yourself wouldn't understand that, but thats ok... because thats the beauty of Glastonbury.. People from all different classes and races can come together and be one..

I do feel sorry for you, perhaps open your mind abit eh? :)

Peace xx
