I would be totally mad for going - if i wasnt heading to Ibiza on the Sat! Been twice before and loved it!

Got the happybus from Aberdeen one year - Never Again!

Trained it the most recent time (Trained to Warrington then shuttle bussed to Creamfields).

Having 2nd thoughts about driving now. Scotrail have an offer on now: "travel club 55". I can get a return Aberdeen-Liverpool for £50! sounds appealing. Not sure what it is from Glasgow, but seems a good deal to me. Was previously looking at over £90

sorry for digging this up, didn't want to start a new topic..

I went to Rockness last year (first festival) and since imo the line up isn't as good this year and im avoiding titp i bought a creamfield ticket. Thought i'd have a look to see if there was a creamfields forum on here, turns out there is.. had a look and it's all fight fight slash fight rape theft fight etc

Having second thoughts now, is it that bad?

I was looking into going to another festival this year and I've just had a look at that line up. I'm definately going now. Anyone know how strict they are with the age thing? The website says they will ask anyone under 21 for ID and I'm only 17...But I will have some form of ID, are they strict?

    • Lovely Brexit doc on bbc2 for anyone who wants to relive those golden years.
    • I think some folks are underestimating how many millennials, now into heavier music, were genuinely also into things like techno and happy hardcore in the 90s and early 00s. Scooter may be about is commercialized as it gets when it comes to happy hardcore and techno, but for many, they won't be just a 'silly act' they will be a genuine nostalgia act.
    • Can anyone share please as can’t access the app
    • Someone said something along the lines of "the lows were really low but they highs were really high" and I think that sentence sums up my ps experience this year. Thursday was a downer (even though I got to see men I trust, geese, oklou and fcukers), but the weather, the missed shows and the uncertainty (those comms...) made it a bad day. Friday and Saturday on the other hand where rly good, a bunch of amazing shows each day (The Cure one was quite something), that surprise on Saturday...   Will be back next year, hope they get another impressive lineup as this year (quality and quantity wise) and that tickets and  primarily hotels don't get much more expensive.
    • Rosalia Radiohead NIN MGMT Bjork David Byrne   Also Vince Staples' new album is cool. I could see him returning.
