This being the much hyped 40th anniversary, doesn't actually have that many historic performances lined up - or am I wrong?

Do you not agree that The Lev's opening on the Pyramid and closing on the Glade would fit the mould?

This may also explain why they are only scheduled for the Glade? :P

What an amazing start that would be. We can live in hope!

Not going to happen unfortunately. Playing in Belgium on Friday and Germany on Saturday.

Went to see them in Oxford on Saturday and they were pretty good. Nothing played from LTL which was quite rather refreshing, if only to avoid the always cringeworthy spectacle of a crowd signing in unison about only being one way life, which is your own.

      I take my lad to the local non-league club - Royston Town - not he's 13, he goes there with his mates and he plays in their youth team.  Not many people there - lucky if they hit 800, but lovely supporting the town team.  I've took him to some league clubs too - Cambridge and Stevenage are great to visit and not crazy prices - his first one was Cambridge v Sunderland (I'm a mackem) when they were in league 1, so a great experience for him.  The England matches aren't too bad value either at Wembley - it's just the parking that stings you. Problem is, he's a City fan, so at some point have to bite the bullet and get him up to the Ethiad. Have done the tour, but he'd love a proper game....my wallet, less so!
