2nd efestivals Glasto World Cup discussion thread

As I have now been officially appointed as the unbiased referee, all bribes can now be offered in A5 brown envelopes, used notes preferred, please make cheques payable to WATERAID.

Tariff

Throw in - £5

Corner - £7.50

Indirect free kick - £7.50

Direct Free Kick - £10

Allow offside goal - £10

Disallow onside goal - £10

Penalty - £20

Send off oppostion player - £20 (double for goalkeeper)

Abandon match and award game to your team - £50

All of these fees will be increased according to the timing and score at the time. Please confirm price before booking.

For full terms and conditions please ask the managers of Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal as they would appear have the latest available copies.

I don't remember going down either and certainly wasn't in any pain during the match or afterwards. I only noticed it when I was back at my tent before heading to the cider bus meet. Was only a large bump at that point but over the weekend it bruised pretty impressively and think that photo was taken a week after the game. I still have a slight mark on my leg (almost like a birthmark) where the bruise was

So during the game you dont even remember getting hurt but after getting leathered at the cider bus you have a sore leg - and that is cos of the football. Oh aye.

We are now recruiting players for the 2nd efestivals Glastonbury World Cup in aid of WaterAid, which takes place on Thursday 24th June at 1pm on the pyramid stage field. We need 25 players for each team.

Just as last year I will be managing the England team and Chazeboy will be managing The Rest of the World (ROW) team. England players will need to wear a red T shirt and the ROW players will need navy blue tops.

If you are interested please post a reply and I'll add your name to the list (all people who have already expressed an interest in last years thread will be added shortly).

Once again we will also have a cheerleading squad so if anyone wants to join just add your name to the list.

At last years event we raised over £3000 for WaterAid. This year we have been challenged by Michael Eavis (who will be presenting the trophy to the winners) to raise even more. So if possible could anyone signing up (or even if you are unable to make it but want to help out) please make a small donation at
