I'll be getting the train from Reading.

Bus. Just booked our National Express coach on Saturday night there.

Car. I had a look at the bus options , but I thought it was expensive from Brighton to the site, £45 and then another £10 to get down to Brighton was rather expensive, especially when multiplied up by three.

We're getting the Coach down from Glasgow, it's not cheap but I'd rather that than having to lug my stuff off and on trains and buses all the way down.

If i had a car (i can drive but dont own one) i would definitely consider driving.

This poll proves that Glasto is not doing anywhere near enough to encourage people to leave their vehicles at home. But then that was already very obvious.

The coach prices are a complete joke. Any more than a group of two and you'd be mad NOT to drive!!

If you're over 25 and have a group of three or more and are coming from at least the midlands or further i would say it could easily be cheaper / the same / very little more to rent a car for the duration of the fest than pay your 3 x coach tickets. what a joke.

Car. I have taken the coach the last two times and it is nice to be dropped off right into the site BUT it is rubbish for comfort, flexibility, reliability and prices. To be honest I am not looking forward to the long drive home!

I know I should get the public transport options, but they're so expensive and so much aggro.

Plus I like the routine. Get all my gear over to my mate's in Kilburn, pick up other mate coming down from Oxford. No sleep like Christmas Eve, then up at the crack of dawn and then off!

We've hired a car last two years (as the mud in 2007 destroyed the car's steering). Last year the car we were meant to get was given to someone else, so we got an absolute TANK with blacked out windows. Felt well pimp. We got stopped by the police at Baker St picking up mate from Oxford because they thought we were drug dealers

The 8:23 from Filton Abbeywood gets into Castle Cary at 9:57. No changes involved and the line runs alongside the Kennett & Avon Canal with quaint request stops at Freshford and Avoncliff. The best way to chill!

We'll be driving too, long way to come from the sticks NE Scotland and the flights, trains are expensive and no buses from sticksville!! We may be taking an extra person this year, but failing that we will definately be taking his tent etc so it will be a very full wee car!!

Is anybody car sharing? or keeping it eco with a push bike its a bit far for me to ride from Nottingham!!
