What was the complaint if you dont mind me asking?

Seemingly they've decided to continue my contract on a monthly basis despite it ending last week. And of course I have to give them 30 days notice to cancel so I'm gonna get charged this month's payment which I hadn't budgeted for the month :(

I've had hassles from them before with regards my last contract due to delivery issues with a replacement - out of stock issues etc and ended up with 6 months free rental due to all their errors.

Latest one is regards my upgrade going wrong (wrong package/charges etc) and taking more money than they should have.

Now it is them changing my unlimited data package to 500mb per month which apparently was just a promotion (and alledgedly I would have been advised of this) despite me having a 'contract' with them that says unlimited data & wifi.

Their state that they can change packages anytime as it is in their T&C's.

My defence is I can change how much I want to pay them in that case as it is in my T&C's.. so will see how that pans out.

Usually end up going round in circles with Customer Services, I have found it easier to send in email/letter to their complaint review team.. but usually get a response in under 2 weeks <_<

I've also requested all my call logs/notes and transcripts from my calls to them, as been lied to a few times with being told conflicting stories.

My landlord is such a tosser. I actually hate him. Everyone in the house hates him.

It's a shame, because we live in such a nice house right near town and like 10 minutes away from uni, but he pisses us off so much that the thought of living here again next year just seems terrible.

People who don't understand the concept of cycles on trains, and the fact that cycles are of a constant mass and size, and cannot be folded up or shrunk for convenience. The liklihood of these people also being the kind of person who likes to barge onto the train as soon as it stops only to stand in front of the exiting passengers is around the 100% probability mark.

I can't get off the train because YOU'RE TRYING TO COME THROUGH THE DOOR WHICH IS COINCIDENTALLY MY ONLY EXIT OFF THE TRAIN YOU f**k NUT!

Where to start with the things that have annoyed me today?

1 Having to get to an Occy Health appointment at work, at 9 am during my Annual Leave. This appointment was on the far side of Newcastle & was going to be a bitch to get to even by car, but I had to go by bus as our Rabid's car is in the garage again with a head-scratching electrical problem. Hopefully the Auto-Sparky's diagnosis of faulty(BRAND NEW) alternator is correct & the garage can finally get it sorted.

So anyway, I had to get there by bus. 2 buses. Nuff said.

2 People who get to the top of escalators, get off, take one step & stop. Where exactly am I supposed to go, you f**k-wits?! <_<

These people rank up there with those who stop & stand talking in doorways.

And those who point to things with a walking stick in their hand.

3 Primark bags which disintegrate the second you get off the bus home & there's a wee bit of rain in the air.

4 The cat pucking in the bathroom doorway while I'm sat on the loo. Cheers Milo. <_<

5 There's something else, I know there is........

mine today was people who are walking infront of you, then suddenly realise that they've forgotten something and just turn round without any thought for the person behind them having to quickly move out the way. being old is no excuse!

    • What is too old for Leeds Fest now ?  I'm going to the Fontaines Saturday in a few weeks at 54 !!!  I may be the oldest there 🙂    Wythenshawe may be an option for WA.
    • Pretty much all festivals lose out on major artists because of production limitations though. Glastonbury is no different to most other festivals.  Lots of acts can/will adapt their tour production to suit festival stages if they want to play them, but some acts with stage designs and routines just don't want to adapt, and would rather just stick with a rigid, well-rehearsed production and take the money for their own gigs, whether that's a lot more than playing Glastonbury, or slightly less than playing some other festivals (but with added complications). Trying to adapt the stage, layout, access to b-stages etc to accommodate a single headliner on a Friday and then having to change it all around for a Saturday headliner isn't really a goer when most headliners can just easily adapt their show to stay on a main stage, if they're so inclined. They have a year to figure out how to perform a song on a main stage and ditch a few dance routines out on a b-stage if they really put their mind to it. It's not that difficult......
    • I would be all over Wolf Alice but may have outgrown this venue.    Also have to consider the schedule they have been on this year so may be on a break.  This last 10 days alone they did Tramlines, New York, Chicago and Kendal Calling.  Although make hay while the sun shines may come into play.
