They had the fiddle player from the Levellers when I saw them.......fantastic.

Dare I say that I first saw them 32 yrs ago, supported by a noisy offshoot band called, errr, Motorhead?

Saw them last night and they were reliably excellent! Arthur Brown was supporting too - 67yrs old and still as deranged and entertaining as ever.

No better band than Hawkwind for Glastonbury, I'd put 'em on the Pyramid Stage myself - when was the last time they played?

Yes - they would be good - have not seen them there since late 70s early 80s - some of that formation are now dead! However Eavis fell out with them years ago - so relationship would need patching first.

I think there is a little bit of the 1990 legacy. However Nik Turner still plays the odd gig over the proceedings. So who knows? I would love to see them on the Glade or even the Avalon stage. Space Ritual or Hawkwind would suit most wonderfully.
