Oh if you're yanking my chain I'll be really miffed, that would be an unbelievable combo, although they could play other days either.

Interesting if we get anyone - just think we're one volcanic eruption cloud away from sitting through tribute bands from the Dog & Duck!

Obviously you've never heard of alcohol, its a strange mix I shall be partaking of when he winds up - should pass the time.

As for TCV or Pixies, why can't we have both? If we're going to start an unfounded rumour lets have TCV on before QoTSA, Pixies, Foo Fighters and Killing Joke with a tribute to Nirvana with DG, Macca and Krist Novosolic...

Bugger its gonna be Keane

My Guess for the rest of line up is as follows;

Sat Fun loving Crims 2nd Stage Headliners. Sun James mccartney and the (bassist) from Dire Strits 2nd Stage. Main Stage Elvis Costello, Keane and either David Grohl Being the Drummer(all of pauls performance) or the vultures playing. p.s who ever come up with elvis is a genius, as he is playing with his band at liverpool just after and on his website states presently his only uk show with Band

one thing for sure: PRINCE isnt coming. He just confirmed only 3 shows in europe. Arras, Werchter and Roskilde. for me personally it would be better headliner than Wonder and Macca.

hope u wont have Keane. one of 3 worst british bands in last 20 years

FOR THOSE WHO WENT LAST YEAR!!!!!!!!!!

YEEHAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bruce Springsteen: Live In Hyde Park DVD

Spookiest thing ever for me; over the last 4 days, I've been obsessed with looking up videos from this concert, continually finding myself wishing the full show was being released, instead of just the 2-3 videos online...

AND HERE IT IS! :P

EDIT: Just to add; they missed out Rosalita... funny, that was the video that prompted me to wish it had been released as a full show, it was great. Oh well...

    • I thought some time back that I could see Get Down Services getting a slot in Woodsies
    • Tickets on sale when I'm abroad (I'm assuming this sells out in minutes), and the actual dates could not be worse for me work-wise. Still going to try to get tickets, of course, but god damn!
    • I'm personally confident that Slipknot will be one of the headliners next year (no insider info just lines up with them likely releasing an album soon)    Then there's the headliner that's never played the festival before which the bookers have alluded to so that's one of Blink, Foos, NIN, Nickelback and possibly Pearl Jam or even Bon Jovi    The third band I also think will be a new headliner who are being bumped up so Deftones, Offspring, Paramore Etc.    I'd love Slipknot, Foos and Paramore but realistically i'd go with Slipknot, Blink and Deftones
    • Loads of people have to listen to music they don't like all day, while at work!   Not much different.
    • Generally shorter too, I imagine. 🙂
