I like a lot of madness songs, especially the later/more serious ones. But all that Baggy Trousers nonsense is just embarassing. I'm finding it hard to make my friends believe there's more to madness than the mock craziness.

im very tempted to don a two tone suit and a pork pie hat for the event and il definately be skanking it up at the front

I am hunting down my old pork pie hat...not sure if it still exists in the loft. I would not fit into my Harrington even if it still existed but I might be able to find my original Two Tone tie and braces set.

I still have a few Two Tone and Madness badges.....one of which I refused to remove from my school blazer and ended up in the Headmasters office...a true badge of honour!

I am undergoing a vigorous training regime in older to perform my patented nutty dance.....a six move combination that would leave the girls breathless and me in the local casulty. My sons are looking horrified at the thought and have made sure they have the number of the air ambulance.

They sure are, Both on the pyramid i think. Specials rumoured to be 2nd top before Neil Young.

The recent Specials gigs have been like stepping back in time, wish i'd taken some pics of the crowds!

This thread has inspired me and sent me off on a rummage, so far i've only found the loafers & the brown brogues... probably the only things that will still fit me
