I e-mailed Rolf Harris' fan club to try and find out if he was playing or not and got the following response

Dear Paul,

We are unable to say at the moment – the official Glastonbury line up will be announced on May 17th. It may be worth giving the Glastonbury office a call. We hope Rolf will be performing.
