Pop Acts for V09

I know a lot of people hate V having pop acts - but as someone who doesn't pigeon hole himself into a certain genre of music, I personally love the diversity!!!

Therefore, for those of you who can bring yourselves to bite the bullet, let's have some pop suggestions!!

Would personally love to see :

Kylie Minogue

Lily Allen

Would say Girls Aloud but had them two years running (I wish)....

I have no problem with pop acts being there - if you don't want to watch them then don't - plus it means there's a chance the amount of people seeing someone I like will be lower...which is often a good thing

Although id never buy any of her stuff, I don't actually mind Pink but shw was there the year before last (not that it matters going by the laziness of the organisers this year)...

watched will young and girls aloud this year and both were surprisingly good. pink in 2007 was amazing though definately the best pop performance ive seen. im pretty open minded to a bit of pop.

As for Vampire Weekend - really can't see them in a pop bracket personally!

I would expect The Ting Tings, Katy Perry, Lily Allen and The Saturdays to all be at V this year. I also saw Taylor Swift on GMTV this morning saying that she's doing some UK festivals in August....I imagine that must mean V, I can't see anyone else having her!

I think McFly may be there because they didn't play last year but were well recieved in 2007 and I'd love to see the Saturdays there tooo
