Damn it why does the saturday get Fleet Foxes. And what's that about The Killers being rumoured for the Springsteen day? That would be kinda big, although I don't have much interest in seeing them again.....

The Killers rumour sounds a bit odd to me. Why would they add such a big name, that would pull such a big crowd on their own, when its already sold out?

Not complaining mind. Wonder where this has come from?

Hard Rock Calling has always felt like more of the band's own gig than a festival to me, so they probably get a lot more say about how long they play, other bands etc than at a regular festival.

It's sad because the IOW attendees don't even want him to play but I'm sure he'd easily sell out Hyde Park.

There's an anti-Neil at IOW Facebook group where people were saying they are going to boo him and even bottle him when he comes on stage. And these people didn't even know his music, they admitted they didn't even know one of his songs.

It's pretty sad. There are a lot of people who would love to see Neil headlining Hyde Park, those people on the IOW forums don't even know how lucky they are.

Can anyone tell me how long the headliner plays for at this event? I need to weigh up travel, cost, all the other festivals planned for this year etc etc..I dont want to go for 45 mins - blissful as it might be, I just cant justify it unfortunately.. 2 hours however...!!!!
