Yup, got mine the other day, i got mine through eventim.de, took around 5-6 days delivered by DHL. cost 35euros from memory. (is that what you did??)

They're just the normal paper/thin cardboard ones like from ticketmaster etc. here, but a bit bigger. (i'll take a photo when im home if you like?)

Noodles, are you flying straight into Germany? or are you travelling around beforehand? if it's straight into germany, then i'd be taking a tent and ditching it (or adding it to the bonfire as someone else mentioned, haha) there's no way i'd be lugging that thing around for too long!!

EDIT: Pics of Tics

My mate tried to order a couple of tickets from tickets-per-poste last night - it went through OK but he then got an email saying that the tickets were only reserved as there are problems with credit card orders at the moment. Anyone else had this?

Hooray the forums are back up! Only problem is I can't remember what I came on here to say now. Bugger.

EDIT - I've remembered. According to NME.com Limp Bizkit are back to the original line-up (including Wes Borland).

There. That was worth it wasn't it?

Hi there

Total 'noob' to the forum, and to the Rock AM Ring but am coming for the first time this year.

Can anyone give me any ideas about how often there are line-up announcements etc.

I have heard that quite a few bands from Download etc end up playing Rock AM Ring too, is this right??

Rock AM Ring line up for me is already looking great but would love to see some more of the 80's metal monsters on the line-up too, Crue, Whitesnake and Leppard etc (as they are all doing Download)

Anyone know whether this is likely or recommend any good places to keep an eye out for rumours etc (other than here of course)

cheers.

Welcome, hope you'll find all informations here.

- Announcements about once a month.

- If you look at past line ups it is extremely unlikely that any of those bands are gonna play. RaR and DL share some modern hard rock bands, not the whole line up.

- ringrocker.com (see bottom of the FAQ on the first page) It's about the only rumour side that is any good, actually.

    • Disclosure Day was fun.  It's very Spielberg but probably not an all time classic Spielberg. Nothing particularly original but it's well made, good performances (exceptional performance by Emily Blunt) and for a 2 hour plus blockbuster it flew by. Not everything worked, but I don't want to say why to avoid spoiling. Then again, it's not like there are too many shocks in this film.
    • Do these early birds tickets sell out fast, or is it ok to wait for the w-e ?
