Yes, got through. Was legit, and is a Nottingham number where See are registered and based as a company. Problem with my reg code as well - nearly crapped myself - but turned out was just their system being busy too.

No email yet, and money still in account.

it is legit people. I grilled the bloke big time and he did enough to reassure me. and he had to go and look up a registration number for my dad as we couldn't get on to see tickets to get it for him. go and use the number. it's cool!

its a genuine number, just a cheaper local one, as with all 08 number companys.

he even checked my other online orders that crashed hadnt gone through.

booked at 9.40 and he sent me a confirmation email within 20 seconds!

they should have given you a ref no that you can check via their website tracker though.

so you only get an email confirmation if you gave one when you rang up?

give them an email address while you're on the phone. then you get confirmation straight away, and can track your tickets over the coming months
