I’m relatively happy with this and would far prefer the odd shower to blistering sunshine. Dry and cool would be my dream Glastonbury weather.

I wasn’t there in 1999, but saw them in 2003 on the Pyramid. Thought they were amazing…at the time I wasn’t a fan but knew the obvious stuff, seeing them at Glastonbury made me appreciate what a great band they were. Michael Stipe was a brilliant front man and owned the Pyramid that night.

I see they’re happy to take the money for doing the Big Weekend but obviously consider themselves above it. Comes across as an absolute nob. We saw them on Saturday night supporting Muse…I’m not a fan so I’m not the best person to ask, but I think they’ve had their 15 minutes.

Welcome Iggy and congratulation on your purchase. I’m certain you will get to grips with the place very quickly. It’s a genuinely great community of people and with fair and reasonable moderation will become a really pleasant and unproblematic environment to hang out in. Suede were on top form tonight…plenty of new stuff along with all the classics. Brett was, as usual, full of energy and in excellent voice. Loved the Bath Forum as a venue. Anyone going to see them is in for a treat. Really disappointed not to see them on the line up today.

They were yes, and I’m hoping this tour is continuing in a similar vein. I’m a huge fan of the band and love it when they play the newer material, and Autofiction is a great album. To be honest I’d be happy with tracks exclusively from the last three albums and forget the hits…but I get that wouldn’t be popular with most gig goers.

I already know they’ll be amazing. Hoping for a set list that heavily leans on the newer stuff, with a classics encore. I’ll let you know how it is!

Perhaps there has been a Prince style headliner issue and they are having to make some major changes that have led to a delay in announcing.
