Wolf Alice headlined Latitude last year and were great - could see them on the pyramid but probably not headlining yet. On the other hand I wouldnβt have expected Billie Eilish to headline either!
-
Always good value this Festival- early bird tickets for Sat and Sunday Β£45 - we get them straight away as normally there is at least 2 or 3 artists youβd pay that to see. Royal Blood last year were great and weβd only paid Β£35 (2019 prices)

Will take that prediction- obviously not the rain whilst setting up tent though.

Itβs that time I think to get this thread started- itβs a blue sky sunny day here in the South West and I am feeling optimistic. Our friends in the north obviously not so much what with having a great stormy time this weekend. But nevertheless letβs kick off 2022 with the traditional roller coaster of a thread - I give you The Weather Thread 2022! π

Do you have a ticket yet ? I know you were trying the cheese route? Any luck?

Apparently the books are great! Really enjoyed this sci-fi series.

From what Emily has said in the past there are different bookers for each of the wider stage areas although she can veto and sets general criteria like increasing female artists to 50%. Main stage areas are still mainly her and Nick I think??

Glad to hear you are on road to recovery Neil - it is slow but you can hopefully get a lot more mobility back with physio and patience. Hope you manage to find a cat /kitten at some point too. Hopefully 2022 will be a much better year for you. Take care.

Where is the leaderboard??

Hope you manage to get the main site back up again as well soon.

Saw them at Portsmouth Sunday and agree - Aaronβs voice seems to have benefited from an enforced rest- absolutely killed it.

Lots of classic moments but the most emotional one for me was Radiohead in 2003 - it was my best festival ever (out of 20) over the whole weekend for various reasons and that Saturday night just got to me.

Did 84&86 and then waited til 1995 to go again and have been every year since except 2004 when I couldnβt get tickets ( the year of hanging on the phone for hours and trying dial up Internet π) and 2008 when I could have got tickets as it didnβt sell out til day before but I was in Australia for a family wedding. So a fair few! And will be there in 22 too π
