Festival opening time

Just looking at the Tuesday overnight coach options and wondering what time the gates open on Wed morning and roughly how long do you queue if arriving around 6/7am?  Thanks!

Gates open at 8am, that woukd be peak queue time although you'd have to check your piece of string to determine how long the queue would be.  Coach arrivals get priority at gate A though.

Thanks for that!  We usually travel by coach arriving around 4ish on the Wednesday so just wasn't sure, good to know about coach priority though :-)

It's a zig-zag queue with fencing, so it's quite orderly, not every man, woman and child for themselves!

Got a coach that arrived at 8.30 last year and it took about 45 minutes to get through the ticket inspection and onto the site at gate A. Seemed less of a wait than at other pedestrian gates, but might just have got lucky

I think the 'piece of string' thing is so true.  We've arrived in east parking at 6 am last couple of years.  Two years ago the queue was stopped again and again on our way down, eventually we got in at about 11.  Last year the queue wasn't stopped and we were in just after 8.  All part of the fun.
