How long for refunds to hit your account?

I paid the deposit for my group's tickets however one friend decided to give it a miss this year and stupidly didn't bother paying his balance. I know, I know...

Anyway, I've not seen anything come back into my account for his ticket yet. Does anyone know how long it normally takes for the deposit money to be refunded?

Got one a few days after the balance deadline. Just double-check for a £35 credit, mine just said tickets and I didn't know what it was at first (I paid off my balance)

My friends ticket refund came in just under 2 weeks ago, I'm not sure whether they're still refunding people now but I'd recommend sending Seetickets/Glastonbury office an email if it's not come in this week

I'm in a similar position, as one of my group had to cancel (their loss and someone else's gain as far as I'm concerned).

I'm still waiting on their £35 appearing in my account.

I would give SEE a ring as all the refunds (as far as I'm aware) were dealt with prior to the resale. If you haven't recieved it back yet I would assume that you have received a new card since booking back in October.

The refunds for 2 of my group's tickets came through on 10th April. When I saw the refund on my bank statement, I nervously checked that my own ticket order was still valid - it is, phew! You should definitely have had them by now. I'd call See if I were you.

refunds came back in about a week before the resale (from people I've spoken to). it is an obscure £35 with just 'tickets' as the description as someone has mentioned!

call See if you haven't seen it, probably an oversight!

Cheers for all the replies! I'll get on to See tickets to see what they are playing at! I've still got the same bank details as when I paid back in October
