The actual scenario you mentioned, I do agree with you.

I thought of saying "maybe he was tired" but then remembered that as a bloke, if I was on the verge of death and someone offered me un peu de doinkage I would likely eagerly accept, assuming I was attracted to them!

In that scenario I'm willing to bet 9.9 times out of 10, the bloke would be lying. Do you guys agree with me on that or what? You must do?!?! And if you agree, which you surely must, then hopefully you'll understand why I may be slightly wound up. As wound up as I am able to get on here, that is! :)

Yes, in the scenario that you posted about a few months ago he prolly was just after one thing, either that or you have a really uncomfortable sofa.

I don't see why it winds you up though, it was an old post and I can't keep track of everything.

Back from chav fest hooray! no doinking though i did turn my mate down on saturday. Much as i fancy him and wouldn't mind having a doink he has a girlfriend.

Bloody horrible loo conditions in the campsites this year. But beautiful sunshine for most of the weekend. I really want to go to reading next week now...but maybe just one day as i'm feeling everyone of my 31 years today.

Had a cup of mushroom tea yesterday and i was off my box in a not good way for 8 hours!!! Felt like i'd just smoked a huge joint but the mega stonedness wouldn't end. boo!!

Looks like i missed a fair bit of threadiness so will have to browse through later when i'm a bit more awake. :)

      I’ve said it elsewhere too but Emily Eavis said a 2028 headliner was booked, to me that’s only going to be someone the size of Oasis or Taylor Swift

      It does feel very bland. It would certainly spell another year (my third, I think) away from Pyramid headliners for me. That doesn't mean they aren't worthy, though. I don't follow what any of them are up to, as it isn't my thing. Good luck to them.   You would think coming off a fallow year, they would want one big hitter. 'Big hitter' is obviously open to debate, but that was/is Madonna. Let's have it right. The eggs have gone in that basket, and it seems (as far the rumours go) that it's blown up. So now you're left with another plan B/replacement headliner.   I'm still of the opinion that Oasis will do it, before the Oasis thing is all said and done. Probably 2028, if they can come to an agreement. It may transpire that 2027 is bland (or at least to some of us), and 2028 is a bit... wild.   Again, though, none of us categorically know ANY of the headliners, as it stands.
