I was at Brighton last night.

If the rest of the gigs are as good prepare yourselves for a treat :P:P:P

It seemed to go at a tremendous pace. The new songs sat well with some old favourites.

Just didn't last long enough, even with the encore of the Levs plus Three Daft Monkeys (on a very small stage )

Just back now from a mad few days!!! Sorry I didn't hook up with any of you guys, we were running late from Manchester to London so went straight to the gig to catch 3DM!!

Wolvo and Manchester gigs were great but Brixton Academy is a different class of venue, space to dance and ability to get beer!!

Dreadzone should have done all 3, they stormed the place, the energy was on full flow and the new songs they treated us to were fookin top!!!

Jamm aftershow party was fantastic, Mr Dan Donnelly did a great set after literally just jumping off the plane from NY abut the class act were by far SUBGIANT!!! I think they played between 3 and 4am and were joined for a while by Spee which was quite special!!

I do however have blistered balls of my feet :)

    • So bad honestly. I get that bad weather happens but their communication was non existent. When you're managing crowds of tens of thousands of people, it's just not good enough. I left when Massive Attack was cancelled (the first time) and it genuinely did feel unsafe trying to get out. No one knew what was going on, people still sitting in the ground when there were hoards of people trying to leave, no crowd management at all...   I've been to PS enough times to know sometimes you need to just roll with it but this was way worse than "the bar queue was 30 minutes long".    Today will be better but still feel super disappointed.
