Aaaaaaargh, help me please I'm so confused ! According to the line-up on the BBC website (the one with the webcam link) Noisia is headlining on the G Stage on Sunday night BUT when I check all the 'clashfinder' things there's no sign of them, the line-up has totally changed, what's happening? Please can anyone tell me when and where Noisia are cos I'm trying to figure out if I'll be able to see them AND Pendulum (who are on the East Dance stage on Sunday) Massive thanks to anyone who knows the answer!!

Just picked up this thread. Thanks very much. I don't know if there's any way of buying you a pint, look out for anything that says THGTC or The Hunter Gatherers Trophy Cabinet and that'll lead to me!

Cheers,

Chris.

Phew, all done. Man, that was effort. :P

There are two versions: compact and full.

"Compact" is double sided and designed to fit in one of the Guardian pouches (see previous page). One side has Pyramid, Other, Jazz, John Peel, Park, Acoustic and Avalon. The other side has Pyramid, Other, Jazz, Dance East, Dance West, Glade and Lounge. Friday, Saturday and Sunday only.

"Full" is four sides, all four days, 18 stages: Pyramid, Other, Jazz, John Peel, Park, Acoustic, Avalon, Left Field 1, Left Field 2, Dance East, Dance West, Glade, Lounge, Roots, G Stage, Pussy Parlure, ID Sprial and Ballroom.

I'd suggest printing both full and compact but I'm going to predict that the compact version will turn out to be more useful. I think the full version's quite hard to read - there's just too much information there. If you don't know how to print on both sides of the page, I think this is a good time to learn.

Let me know if you spot any mistakes and I'll try to sort them out. If there are several I'll leave it until the weekend before the festival to update them.

Before you ask, no I won't add any more stages. :)

I've done a bit of an update:

  • More accurate finish times on the Pyramid and Other stage (thanks for re-posting the info, Toilet Duck).

  • A few spelling corrections (thanks for getting them wrong in the first place, Grauniad  )

  • Added both cinemas, Late n Live and Bandstand.

I've only produced the full version (http://www.halvin.co.uk/files/047glasto2007/clash_full.pdf). The compact will follow sometime this weekend but won't include any extra info, it'll just have more accurate end times.

I've produced a page with the pdf links and a few explanatory words. There's nothing I haven't already posted here but if you want a look it's at: http://www.halvin.co.uk/pages/timetable07/.

Can I be the first to say how useful halvin's plan was? I used it almost exclusively instead of the progamme or the Guardian guide. The times weren't always perfect (Leftfield I noticed had all been changed around) but for the most part they were accurate enough and you could check in the Guide to confirm. For such a simple idea, it makes you wonder why they can't do this as part of the Guardian guide. Maybe you should send them one halvin for next year?

Well done fella

Thank you very much. I've got to say that I used mine quite a bit more than the official guide, too. Shame it got a bit soggy towards the end of the festival.

Big thanks to everyone who dropped by "the cow camp" to say hello and thanks for the clashfinder. Sorry I wasn't in for some of you but it means a lot that you made the effort.

Just another thank you to halvin - the little fold up guide was absolutely brilliant - much easier to use than the program or the guardian thingummy. Thanks for putting all that work in it made my glasto a lot more fun to not be faffing about trying to figure out what was happening when all the time

    • If you didn't see melt banana at Apolo. Go see them at the festival. Insane.
    • Interesting, and thanks for coming back to give an update! I've seen that the second stage looks bigger than usual too, looks to be a Serious Stages - Stellar Stage from distance photos.    Seems like sizing wise stages have been scaled up somewhat this year.
    • I see its cancelled now but they did leave it really late to announce plus they are up against Kelburn Garden Party Festival not to far from the festival site.
    • Easily my favourite set of the day.
