Camping is on 3 sides of the festival village. Camping area is mostly flat and level.

I would venture but we are not going to be in a tent so I doubt we will be anywhere nearthe rest of you although I was going to try and get close to the family camp area if poss ( but havnt requested it officially) If not camp then def somehow meeting up with a drink in hand would be good.

As the tipis are usually at the centre I'd suggest heading for camping near them - we should be there around gates opening (queues permitting) will keep an eye out for anyone - will be wearing the usual shirt.

Does anyone know if tickets will be available on the gate? I am not going to know if I am going to be able to go until teh last minute. I have tried emailing the info address on the Shambala site but no reply as yet and time is getting short.

I've read that raised fires are allowed, and then elswhere I've read that only designated fire circles will be allowed.

Anyone know which is true?

Car space is precious, and I don't wanna pack our fire basket, etc if we won't be allowed to use it.

Not Superb - not lovely! Bad organisation, terrible site, loads of chavs, not enough to do, nothing to see. Food and drink were rubbish! Awful festival - I'll be recommending it to all my enemies! :angry:
