I did work experience at HMV as well.

Was the closest the school could find for me when I put 'music' as my main interest... :blink:

It was alright, and getting a shitload of vouchers at the end of it was cool...but I'd have rather worked in a muscial instrument store and just played bass all day..! :P

that would be worth seeing coldplay headlining though, he trys to beat eddie vedder, jumps from a huge height, forgetting the big gap between him and the audience (who are elsewhere) and falls to a large painful death when his piano then falls on him... it would be worth the music in my opinion

you seem to get a stupidly hard time on these boards olivavu, next year, once we've stopped the riots this year, we can do a help stop cruelty to olivavu, show hte bullies! and i am not defending him for some reason such as blah blah blah im dating him (not yet anyway) (im a guy, thats not to be taken seriously) but because everything he says, he has a point behind it, which most people dont.

hi read a few pages back that some of the youth at the festival this year wont know who PJ are.

sad;y i have to agree with this point, im 18 and i love pearl jam, although ive only gotten into them this last year i have many of their albums. sadly a few of my friends hadnt heard of them so i tried to educate them and sadly it didnt work and they will be seieng maximo park instead.

so this year once again i shall be seeing a legendary headliner on my own over a shitty indie band. (pixies over kasabian).

i dont know why PJ arent so popular or well known even as audioslave, they're on channel 4, jules holland, itunes and im sure many more things people watch. but oh well its their loss. rant type thing over.
