Wunderhorse day showing nearly sold out. I'm debating whether to buy now, or take my chances on Twickets nearer the time.

Brilliant line up for a day festival. Some really really good up and coming bands on that day isn’t there

Yes, it's a great day, best of the lot for me! Main issue being that friends are much less interested in new music and it's the day after Pulp at Wythenshawe 😂

I might have to treat it as a sub for Live at Leeds and go solo.

Really fancy this but meant to be taxi-ing Daughter to and from Leeds Fest that day.  Suppose could be a quick exit from Don Valley.

Shame was hoping for some TFG action, but good for them. Think it'll only be a very cheap Twickets punt for us in the end.

Thinking of going to the Wunderhorse day. Is it easy to get back into the centre afterwards?

Yes, trams run until the site is clear. There can be a wait due to capacity, but you will get back.

Lovely, ta. I've booked it now. Should be good.

Does this usually sell out? Is it easy to get last minute cheap tickets? Was planning to come for Kooks/Vaccines/Fratellis day and now it says final tickets.

only thing i can suggest is that the Streets day has sold out, after being advertised as final tickets for a couple of weeks

It's a tricky one. Sheffield has never sold out, except for the first QotSA day.

Several Norwich days showing as nearly/sold out/low availability on Ticketmaster this year .

For Sheffield there has been a competition for the Kooks day, usually an indicator they will have some to off load. Wunderhorse showing nearly sold out on posters, but not on Ticketmaster. I'm risking it and holding off, but mainly because I have Pulp that weekend too.

By far the best day and would probably have gone but I have a day ticket for Leeds Fest.  Odd that the 2 are clashing this year.

I think they're always the same weekend, but this is probably the first time there's been a day that widely appeals to the R&L audience (excluding QotSA which was mid week)

Leeds Fest always Aug Bank Holiday weekend and Rock n Roll Circus been weekend after.  Probably due to Aug Bank Holiday been late this year.

    • 👍 plus they brought their own screens 📺 either side of the stage.
    • Production was the only thing that could even explain why she would back out. Like they had sorted out the financials and she was fine with it and then a production meeting happened. It all fell apart. It was very clear that she was not going to compromise her show one bit and then that show in Brazil pretty much confirmed it. There was like one element they couldnt pull off outdoors, but it was negligible since the rest was a carbon copy of the tour she had been on. Glasto is not willing to make any bold changes on the Pyramid stage so then theyre kinda stuck in terms of what some acts want/demand. I think the easiest solution to that is putting her on Friday. You deal with the changes for one night and then re configure for the rest of the weekend. In 24 they were fortunate to have had Dua and Coldplay on Fri and Sat so they could both use the b stage. But I think it was removed for Sunday?     I saw a random rag article earlier that said Olivia Dean turned down Glasto BECAUSE her ex ( not even confirmed dating ) Harry Styles was playing the fest. hahahaha
    • No argument that he’s bigger than ever, I just have no enthusiasm for it.
    • Keep in mind those crowds were full of teenagers. Glasto aint full of teenagers. Theres no way she could demand headline and get it because they got other acts to give the slot to who deserve it with a bigger catalog. Reading/Leeds would headline her cause its still LN.  If the fest was struggling its Other headline. But a 3rd down Pyramid is likely the landing spot. Itll go down like the Camila Cabello performance pretty much.
