Stand/sit further back for the main stage. Last year felt pretty penned in down the front as there were no side exits. Might sound weird, but ear plugs may also help. I've used them a lot as a photographer, and you still have a pretty good feel for the music. They will also help with getting some sleep! Apart from front of stage, there's a lot of space at YNot. Don't try to cram too much in, there's inevitably loads of good stuff, including the smaller stages. Plan your schedule in advance via the app, but take screenshots or a printed copy, as network coverage on site is pretty non-existant. Also screenshot the site map. I think there's a quieter camping field too.  Most of all, go at your own pace, and try to relax. Good luck x
