Im not trying to be a hipster douchebag but I swear on my mothers life I had to google who that was.

Im 37 years old , a regular festival goer and I have never EVER heard of them. I must be living in my own echo chamber or getting old and out of touch.

And I just checked on YouTube and they played at Reading and wheeled out Ed Sheeran for a tune.

I think if it’s from Reading and Leads then it has to be Arctic Monkeys - would fit in easily after Biffy….. Another thought could be The Smile ??

Arctic Monkeys are playing Cala Mijas Festival in september (also in Malaga)

Arctic Monkeys I think they are not going to be there for two reasons: first, they are playing next week 25-30 kilometers away (Cala Mijas) and second, this festival has an exclusive date for this year.

The Smile would be great

I would not rule them out at all. Although they don't really have the same pull in Spain as they do in the UK.

Pretty uninspiring replacements, but guessing they were the best they could get with such late notice!

I'm presuming Franz Ferdinand are bigger than both biffy and stereophonics in Spain surprisingly!

Franz Ferdinand are a decent addition - be interesting to see the stage timing especially for the Thursday
