The Great Escape Festival (Brighton) 2022

Had an amazing time at Great Escape, my feet are ruined and i'm still not feeling great, but loved every minute. Great training run for Glastonbury!

Highlight acts were Bob Vylan, Snayx, Enola Gay, Kid Kapichi, Libralibra, Crawlers, Arxx and Panic Shack. Bob Vylan and Enola Gay were amazing.

I can't really recall that much, to be honest! They were definitely enjoyable though without blowing me away. Having said that, the bands before and after set a very high bar.

Great Escape was fun but I’ve picked up COVID over the weekend, tested positive this evening.

I still had a really good time though.

If you want to go to the Delegate/Conferences, do you need to buy a Festival Ticket as well?

No, the delegates pass includes access to everything. I must admit, this year it only really came in useful at the bigger venues and for headline acts. Most the of the smaller places didn't give much priority to delegates, and I spent a lot of time at Alt Escape gigs. I'm going to think twice about getting one next year.
