Map question about paths

Evening All,

Can anyone in the know....help me with a quick path query based on the current map?

Last few years we have always camped in Baileys (yes - quite out of the way I know - but close enough to PGD and near enough to Park etc...which is our favourite area anyway)

But I noticed the Pink "Public Pathways" line does not cross up to the entrance to Baileys like I know I have usually walked - the white line on the map snippet below was our normal route from the main pathway into Baileys - is this still a path this year???

My guess is the pink line only covers areas that they put that metal trackway down on???? and the path I have Circled is still an actual path?

Just thought it worth an ask

Agreed - its always been there - and Ive not checked an old map to see if the "pink line" covered that path historically, I just assumed it always did and when I say this new map I thought oooh - Im not gonna have to walk round the back of cineramageddon am I!!??!

There's some comparison maps in this thread that suggest it is unchanged.

Not to hijack the thread but I was introduced to the "access" paths in 2017...What a strange little perk that was.. 

Theres a couple that link the pyramid to the other

one of said paths .....

Yes...I walked along one of them one year thinking....am I supposed to be here!?!?

Yeah, we 'inadverdenty' walked down the same path one year, when a band finished playing the Other Stage, and we headed to the front eft and followed a crowd of people going that way. The stewards couldn't check all the wristbands quick enough so we slipped through. There were white a few narrow paths, then it opened out and there was a big tent. We looked inside and there were a mass of journos on laptops. I think we were just behind the Pyramid at that point, there wasnt  lot of fun being had by anyone so we walked down a similarly long, narrow and winding path to the left which led out to the path from Pyramid to Other, next to the steam if I remember correctly, next to the stalls
